In the unlikely event of cancellation, we will work hard to find a new date for the event as soon as possible. This will be dependent on numerous factors, but we would hope to have a new date soon after cancelling the initial event.
If you accept the deferred entry within 1 week of being notified, you will be guaranteed a place at the new event on the alternative date and your registration fee will be transferred. Your fundraising page will remain with funds raised being transferred to the new date. Unfortunately, if you cannot make this rescheduled date your registration fee becomes non-refundable, and we will treat this as a donation towards Cavell’s work.
If a new date cannot be found, you will be offered a full refund minus any processing fees, or you can choose to donate your fee to Cavell’s work.
