We are unable to provide assistance with
- Debts
- Holidays
- Private medical treatment fees
- Private education fees
- Nursing home fees
- Educational grants, study fees or course costs
- Legal fees
- Immigration fees
- Car purchase
Supporting documentation
Once your application form has been submitted, you will be asked to supply supporting documentation for yourself and any co-habiting partner, including but not limited to:
- Evidence of your qualifying employment: Former nurses, nursing associates and midwives who are no longer on the NMC register will need to provide evidence of employment such as a copy wage slip or email/letter from their employer/former employer. Maternity support workers will need to provide evidence of that role, such as a wage slip giving job title
- Benefits: A copy of any relevant Universal Credit breakdown or Child Tax Credit award letter
- Bank statements: PDF bank statements for the last 2 full months’ for all accounts that you and your partner hold
- Quotes / estimates for any specific items which you need help affording
What next?
If you think you are eligible for a grant, please complete the online application form below. The form should take at least 20 – 30 minutes to complete and you will be able to save and resume your progress.
Once your application has been submitted, a member of the Cavell Support team will contact you within 2 working days to confirm what supporting documents we need from you.
