The 2019 Great Bristol 10k on 5th May 2019 saw clothing manufacturer and long-time Cavell Nurses’ Trust supporters Alexandra step up again to support UK nurses in hardship.

The fundraising total for their 2019 attempt currently stands at £380, which will make a significant difference to UK nurses, midwives and healthcare assistants facing serious hardship.

Wayne Gilvear, Purchasing Manager at Alexandra, has participated in all of Alexandra’s Great Bristol 10k attempts, and said “When we first started taking on the 10k challenge in 2014, there were only 6 members of ‘Team Alex’, but fast forward 6 years and the team is now 20 strong!”
